Which decoder is for mp3 hi-quality (320kBit/s) with cDex1.51 the best ?

Hi, I use since long the Lame MP3 decoder v.1.30,
engine 3.92 MMX.

In the meantime I saw the that an improved engine
3.98 is available. Is this one recommendable, or
is there another, even better one for free ('')
available ?
How would I have to link this new decoder to
cDex 1.51 in order to use it together with it ?

Are you talking about the en- or decoder?

You can update lame by replacing the lame.dll in the cdex directory. Get uptodate lame at www.rarewares.org

You only have to replace lame_enc.dll .
