mp3DirectCut virus problem help please

MP3DirectCut (2.06) no longer works on my computer. The computer says it cannot find mp3DirectCut. AVG says it has found a virus called "obfustat.RPR", but I can find no reference to this on Google. Reinstalling does not help: produces the same result. Rolling back the computer to an earlier restore time doesn't help either. Does anyone know what is going on here?

I can confirm the issue. I also use AVG Free with Virus Database 269.13.37/1024 and mp3DirectCut 2.06 is no longer working snice the AVG-update yesterday evening.
"Threat Detected .. Virus identified Obfustat.RPR".
Reinstallation of Mp3DirectCut does not help. The MD5-checksum is correct.
2.05 is working properly, but now I am missng the nice improvements "Fixed Resync problem", "Edit points can be moved" and "Crop function".
Btw. Thanks for this extremely useful and handy program!

Addendum: I started a check at virustotal.com. Result: 5 Virus Scanners found an issue: AVG, eSafe, Prevx1, TheHacker, Webwasher-Gateway.

Wie immer: ein Fehlalarm. Mir hat jemand gemailt, dass es bereits ein Signaturen-Update geben soll, in dem das behoben ist.

It's a false alarm - as always. Please, update your signatures.

I have the same problem with AVG and updated signatures! It only started today.

Just updated to AVG Virus Database 269.13.39/1044 and MP3DirectCut 2.06 is working again properly.
