Request: "Insert Silence" button

First I like to say thank you to the author. I found mp3 editors that doesn't re-encode are very rare in the world, and precious.

My request is an "insert silence" button (or command), where the silence length would be set via the option menu.

The operation I do most frequently is inserting some silence at the end of mp3 files.

Every time I use mp3DirectCut, I first open a dummy mp3 file of 4 second silence, select all and copy it to the clipboard, and then open the target file. If the cripboard is destroyed, I need to start from copying the silence data again.

An Insert silence function is not planned.

You can create a silence easily by recording one with fitting audio params, or by silencing an existing audio part with the gain function. Then copy the created silence and paste it to your track.
