Broken mp3's files

Hi, i have some recorded radio stream files in mp3, they display a diffrent duration in serato scratch live (where I play), foobar, mp3directcut,

I wonder if anyone has some time to download a 30MB file and please help and tell me what's wrong with these files, I can give a direct link

Are these files VBR-files?

There are several Test&Repair tools you may try (use a duplicate):

MP3val: http://www.mpx.net/software/details/mp3val.html

Foobar2000 can fix MP3-files, too (rebuild stream, rewrite VBR-header)

Or convert VBR to CBR (lossless!) with MP3Packer:

They are not vbr files.

I tried to fix the problem but it's still the same, if I play the file in Serato Scratch Live (http://www.rane.com/scratch.html) I can play 44 minutes

but in foobar or mp3directcut the file only has 22 minutes

The problem seems to be:
"Different MPEG versions or layers in one file."

You can try this: open in mp3directcut and save completely to a new file. The new file should contain everything you see in the editor and the correct times. But you may lose the part with different MPEG version or layer. It looks like MPEG2 Layer 3 is the format of your file. But there are some frames (about 2 seconds) with MPEG1 Layer 3. If possible, you should cut them away with mp3DC. Or use a hex editor to remove these 2-3 KB and save it again with mp3DC.
