feature request: show number of selected frames

hi developers,

how about to display the number of frames for a selection?
...and not only the duration.

use case: copy exactly 270 frames from one mp3 to replace exactly 270 frames in another mp3 (by paste) (both vbr 48 kHz mp3)

as a workaround, I tried to configure ">>>" to skip exactly 270 frame (so I don't have to count the frames), but after paste in the second mp3 the selection suddenly becomes shorter ... which I wouldn't expect!

also, sometimes or at special startpositions, when I press the right and afterwards the left arrow key, the cursor is not back at the startposition again, but off by one!

so, I would wish to have frame-accuracy improved

btw, shouldn't all frames in a mp3 have the same duration?
because when I select different frames in the same mp3, some of them have different durations, like 0'00.02 or 0'00.03 or 0'00.04
(it was a vbr 48kHz mp3)
if it is some rounding error, then displaying the number of frames would also be the more accurate solution.
