midiyoke link to external program

To use sfz.exe as external program (synthesizer) a midiyoke link need to be setup between the midi out of 1by1 and the midiyoke in of sfz.exe.
What seems to lack is a midi-out facility in 1by1.
If not (lacking), please inform me where to find it.
If really lacking, how should the link between 1by1 and sfz.exe be implemented.
An early answer would oblige.

There is at least the possibility to play midi using in_midi.dll.
