mp3DirectCut batch processing

I'm running mp3DirectCut 2.11 on Windows XP SP3. When I select "batch processing..." and attempt to remove 2 seconds at the end. More than 2 seconds are removed. I'm seeing anywhere from 4 to 7 seconds being removed from my MP3s.

I think this is a VBR problem. Are your mp3s VBR?
The cut position is calculated by using the average bitrate. In future versions the cut should be done more exactly by counting the frames.

Yes, they are variable bit rate. Can't wait for the next release where this bug is fixed I have some MP3 in need of some fixing.
