improve usubility of mp3DirectCut (key layout)

1. Set playback cursor position with one of mouse buttons click on "MPEG graph"

2. Scroll while selecting (dragging) (or if it is boring to implement this - add commands "select to end" and "select to start") or implement Zoom+- or something else that give ability to select without additional click-and-scroll

3. to save file now I have to:
>ctr-w
>save
>ok (also default is no, so user must select with mouse)
>ok
(if I want to replace) or
>ctr-w
>select folder (because last is not saved)
>ok
(if i want to save in different folder)

4. Ctrl-F4 to close is bad idea: old people or children cant do this with one hand. Also commonly "close" binded to ctrl-w but "save" to ctrtl/alt/shift-s

Current state is inconvenient, lose of time and also user must remember new key commands that differ from most of audio editors and other.

I cant help you with code, I know only .NET
