Problem with mouse wheel after changing to Windows 7

1by 1 is a fantastic little program, and I've been using it for a couple of years.

I've just had to buy a new laptop, and so I spent most of yesterday installing my old files, documents and programs on the new computer. When I went to use 1by1 (latest version) this morning, I found that scrolling the mouse wheel no longer lowers or raises the volume. Is this a problem related to Windows 7 (64-bit), do you think, or might there be another reason? Is there a fix?

You can activate it by going to Settings > Control > (Mouse) Use wheel for volume.
