LOL... Aha, die nächste kommt also nach der aktuellen. Danke, MPropper, nach einer Woche im Fantasy Filmfest mit diversen Wundern, Zeitparadoxas und anderem Unerklärlichem hab ichs dringend nötig daß mir jemand langsam und vorsichtig die Realität wieder erklärt. Warum? Was will ich denn mit einem mp3-Player, wenn ich trotzdem noch diverse unhandliche CDs mit mir herumschleppen muß?

Ich liebäugele da eher mit dem Archos Recorder oder der Neo Jukebox, hab nur leider keine Ahnung, wo ich speziell die Neos herbekomme...

Mein Koreanisch ist zwar nicht so gut , aber bei der neuen Firmware steht schon mal was mit Winamp Playlists dabei. Hat schon jemand geflasht und ausprobiert?

Hier mal nochwas zum Thema neue Firmware vom Experten Graveworm. Wahrscheinlich werde ich wohl noch ein bisschen warten (bis die Version stabiler ist), bevor ich mir die 1.33 drauflade.

It works quite strangely sometimes, so it may take a while until stable firmware.
CD recognition looks a bit unstable to me.
However, this version already supports these features.

-faster scroll
Riovolt/iRiver can scroll from 1 to 12 characters at a time.

-wrap during navi mode.
pressing down button on the last file on a directory jumps to the first song in the directory

-10 CD remember
my initial impression is that it takes longer to recognize a new CD, but I am not sure.

-m3u support
There are many rooms for improvement for this feature.
Pressing the PROG button when the player stopped shows
all the m3u files on the CD'.
In addition, I didn't test all the modes on m3u playlist,
but 'shuffle' works and I guess other modes may work with m3u playlist files.
REPEAT 1, REPEAT ALL, SHUFFLE,SHUFFLE ALL,and INTRO modes work on playlist files
according to the firmware description.

-rudimentary NAVI-PROG
This feature allows to cue only one song . -_-a
This is quite disappointing to me, but I believe this will be improved.
Or, I will bug iRiver until they implement this

-Fade in
This lets us use 'fade in' when RioVolt starts to play.
